Light silver coating

Light silver coating

Gravure printing general type BL-06**/BL-01**

It is applied to single coated gravure printing products of light silver, and has good comprehensive performance. It has good temperature resistance, good aluminizing fastness, excellent transfer performance and good leveling property when coating on BOPET film . The solvent it use is environmentally friendly with no benzene solvent, especially better adaptability to gravure printing.

BL-06** 17±1 29±3 General gravure printing products, good solvent resistance.
BL-01** 16±1 28±3 General gravure printing products, good film formation, excellent adhesion

Application Process
1)Environment of the workshop:Temperature around 25℃, relative humidity (RH) ≤60%;
2) Roller coating: Dry coating weight between 1.1-1.3g/㎡, 140-150 ceramic roller coating or squeezing roller, wet coating weight of 8-9g;
3)Oven temperature: between70-140℃, about 7-10s, depending on the oven structure and coating speed;
4)Thinner to use ethyl acetate or butanone. If the volatilization is too fast or foggy, you can add an appropriate amount of slow-drying solvent (such as n-propyl acetate, etc.);
5)Dilution ratio around 5%-20%, according to machine speed, roller, dry requirements and so on.

Offset print general type BL-09**

Used for general offset printing products, good comprehensive performance, its one-time coating on BOPET film, with excellent offset printing adaptability, peeling performance, good temperature resistance and abrasion resistance and other characteristics, can be directly offset without varnish.
